Product Description
When our technical director Norbert Hammel created a double shaft shredding machine VZ 750, it was a start of further development of innovative technologies in creating and manufacturing of new shredding equipment. Using the hydraulic drive in this type of shredder makes it possible to apply it to all kinds of material, and shred even oversize chunks. Full package of attractive technical solutions is available for stationary, mobile and semi-mobile models of this machine.

Shafts
Patented T-blade profile ensure precise cutting process and energy saving up to 15%. Automatic reverse function protects against fracture of the cutting tools.

Options
Diesel drive (D)
The version with diesel engine and wheel axle is the most popular among customers. Due to the stable base frame and the lift hook, this shredding machine can be easily repositioned to various locations required. Using the wheel loader, the shredding machine can be quickly and easily moved around the site by the integrated drawbar.
Diesel tracks (DK)
For mobile use we offer the version with track system. It enables the shredding machine moving independently around the site without any assistance required. This version can also be used on the rough terrain. Besides, the track system can be supplied with rubber track shoes to protect concrete or asphalt surface. The machine is controlled by a 21-channel radio remote control.
Diesel trailer (DT)
If the shredding machine is to be used in different locations frequently, we recommend the trailer version. Transportation of the shredder becomes quick and easy using the appropriate truck to move it to the next location. In this case the shredding machine is installed on the truck with StVZO approval and TUV certification.
Electric drive (E)
We offer electric version for the situations where special restrictions as to emissions and noise level apply. Also, it is possible to divide the shredding machine into several separate units to set apart the drive compartment from the shredding area.
